Years and years ago bodybuilders always used a drug called Cytadren the last few weeks before a contest. The body is under extreme stress from a caloric deficit and dangerously low levels of body fat. Cytadren is an anti estrogen but was used mainly for its adrenocortical inhibiting properties. I was curious what happened to it and I did a quick search and it seems there are only 2 adrenocortical inhibitors that exist.

Cytadren (aminoglutethimide)
Metopirone (metyrapone)

I noticed a lot of discussions on this forum about ways to reduce cortisol and these inhibitors seem to come with a host of side effects but what I find odd is there only 2 medications made. I can’t think of any other drug out there where only 2 brands exist.

How about just Cissus Quadrangularis or 6-Ketoprogesterone?

They are Glucocorticoid receptor antagonists.
6-KP also has inhibitory effects on mineralocorticoids.

Then there is also 11-Ketotestosterone and Beta-Androstenetriol for potent cortisol inhibitory effects.
You may not expect much, but these are all incredibly potent if used correctly.

The effects I experience are complete absence of urgency and stress, along with lower water retention, giving my muscles a lean look.
And if used with Phenibut, I'm in a state of carefree bliss until withdrawal sets in (be careful with Phenibut).

Other substances with similar effects but weaker are:
Adrenosterone (11-oxo).
7 Alpha Hydroxy DHEA / 7 Beta Hydroxy DHEA.

(Been researching potential Glucocorticoid antagonists the last years.)

Tulsi Tea blocks Cortisol for about 8-9 total hours, hence why people take it at night before bed.

What dosage? Dosing seems very vast with tulsi.

Honestly, I just steep the bag in hot water and leave it in there while sipping slow.

I sleep like a babay.
