I absolutely cannot agree with this. LDL levels from quest are very stable if no major changes in health or diet. I am talking about fasting LDL.

Well then, keep on testing with a lab of your choice. In a few years you'll be convinced too.

Actually compared in 2014 fasting lipids with postprandials few hours later, and was surprised how little it differed:

2014	fasting	postpr.	%
TC	148	163	10
HDL	38	41	8
TC/HDL 3,9	4,0	2
nonHDL	110	122	11
LDL	87	96	10
VLDL	22	27	20
TG	112	133	18
BG	100	124	24
TG/HDL	2,9	3,2	11
LDL/HDL	2,3	2,3	1
TC/HDL 3,9	4,0	2

Maybe confounded by my lowest TC and LDL since testing for 10 years.

This is my LDL history from beginning of 2018 till the end of 2008 going backwards. Only massive dietary change was beginning of 2010 with 91 mg/dl, going low carb and high fat, along with reaching 3 g/d of niacin. Each January since 2012 going to high-carbing India for 6 weeks didn't show a pattern with LDL (though inflammation marker always higher, while liver and kidney markers always lower). Also remarkable that the highest of 181 mg/dl (beside 196 at the very beginning together with the PAD diagnosis) in 2015 proceeded remission from my walking-disability. 24 times tested fasted LDL within 10 years altogether:

LDL direct	mg/dl	109	143	103	129	133	153	136	181	157	87	115	142	142	150	129	162	105	102	140	142	91	180	175	196

2) Reduced levels of methyl donors and an increased levels of histamine and serotonin

for 1) you can take niacin bound chromium, or change your diet and eat less carbs and doing more exercise. for 2) you can take TMG/Betaine.

This is a really good point that should be understood by all who are supplementing NR, NMN and Nam.  Thorne's Nicotinamide Riboside has equimolar amounts of methyl donors (Betaine).
