Posts are always like yeah I feel energy from this.  I've never felt anything from B vitamins.  I've taken lots of b12 and some of the regular B vitamins.  It's always in caffeine drinks.  Is this hype?

B12 and folate are thr only two b vitamins that didnt give me energy. I even got more energy from vitamin c, zinc etc.

B vitamins most definitely give me energy. So much so, that I cannot take them in the afternoon, otherwise I will not fall asleep in the evening.

A B-50 complex supplement will always be in my stack. B vitamins are absolutely essential to metabolism and to ensure the effectiveness of nootropics.

Like Mind, I always take my B vitamins in the morning to avoid insomnia.
