Has anyone heard of it?  At least one website says it's the best on the market.  Any thoughts (pun intended)!!!

Absolute trash. The website that advertises it as the best is the one selling it. All fluff, no filling.

Any of the more common noot stacks (Mind lab pro, alpha brain, etc) would be a better buy.

If you want to dip your toes in the water, Pure Brainpower from Swanson is a good place to start, Bacopa, ginkgo, and Coffeeberry extract. 60 day supply can be had for ~$10 direct from swanson.

For a more complete stack, Akualife Neuro-stack is IMO the most complete pre-made stack on the market, all things considered.

I like it, it has some commonly used herbs and other things in it. Bacopa, st johns wort, ginkgo biloba, acetyl l carnitine all increase myelin one way or another. You could probably buy them seperatly for cheaper and last you longer and higher dosage though. I personally dont like brain supplements with many different things in them because who knows if there is what they say in there. I buy everything seperate alone because it is more likely to contain the stuff they advertise than if you bought multiple stuff combined in a supplement. the supplement in question says quote proprietery blend unquote, so you dont really know how much you are getting of each could be very low doses not enough for cognitive effects and benefits.
