Hi guys,

I’m a “control freak”, with a tendency to over-analyze and plan everything, trying to foresee every possible scenario and control all the details. This can be quite exhausting to be honest.
That goes without saying that I have a strong perfectionist attitude.

Is there any supplement that could help me?

Thanks a lot!

If you find a supplement, let me know because there are too many control freaks around.

Widen your scope. Face how out of control you (and everyone else) are. We control nothing; we don’t even have free will. Something like this (at least for me) :

And psychedelics, like shrooms, are sacred, reliable and long lasting. Take a little trip, you’ll discover quite plainly (even terrifyingly) how out of control everything is. And tripping helps you lose you — identity may go both astonishingly wide and horrifically narrow.

I guess I mean to say when I find myself falling into the traps you mentioned, gaining more internal and external perspective — we control nothing — sure beats chewing my leg off attempting to escape the trap.

I’m not in any way seeking to appear profound or wise here. Just offering to you honestly what works for me.
