Hi all,

I'm going to start Alpha GPC (NOW 300mg) for brain fog/focus issues and I was wondering which supps I could pair with it to enhance its mechanism of action.
Reading here and on Longecity, I've seen that Alpha GPC is often taken with fish oil, B complex and uridine. Can you confirm or it'd be better to take a-GPC alone? I was thinking that maybe I could take spirulina or brewer's yeast, which are a natural source of B vitamins and also uridine.

Is phosphatidylserine required as well when supplementing Alpha GPC?

Do you see any bad interaction with the rest of my stack, that is:
magnesium, vit D3 + K2, zinc, vit C, resveratrol, curcumin, taurine, glycine and black seed oil?

Thanks!

Gave me massive depression the next day.  Like on another level that I've never experienced before.  Some people respond favorably to it.  Only way to know is give it  a try.
