We will find out after the election in November. Highly unlikely based on current events.

Hello again, I feel I owe my old home a visit. I hope everyone weathered the pandemic storm well and soon the sky should clear.

Seeing this thread made me think about what a great opportunity to fact check predictions and make a few more.

Making predictions is a tricky business. I have found a dilemma when making my own. I have the ability with investments (and politics) to define future trends very accurately, but I do not have the necessary understanding of human psychology, or perhaps the emotional intelligence to get the timing of events for those trends precisely. That's often the difference between a moderate profit versus vast windfall wealth.

So what trends and events are we to see in the coming year? And to make it more interesting, let's make a few decade predictions too. It is after all the beginning of a new one.
