The NIH/NIA/UW rhesus monkey studies seem to start CRON at human equivalent age 40.

Starting CRON in animal studies before adulthood seems to mitigate potential benefits or cause harm.

What about starting CRON before age 40?

Age 35?

Age 30?

Age 25?

Age 21?

Age 18?

I would expect people to get benefits from CRON, or any current anti-aging intervention, once past the growth stage of life (for men, maybe as late as mid 20s). The damage from aging in the 20s and 30s is minimal, but some minor intervention is a good start. People reaching their 40s and older could probbly go more intense into various interventions.
