Does anyone have any experience with everolimus as compared to sirolimus/rapamycin. I believe that it is enveloped to accomplish similar things as sirolimus. However, I believe that is somewhat stronger and has a shorter half life which would, I believe, call for a somewhat different dosing schedule. I am asking as I may have an opportunity to acquire a gram on powder form making precise dosing somewhat problematic unless it lends itself to volumetric dosing.

I know you are looking for personal user experiences, which is what I too would like to hear about.
While waiting for those here is a little something to consider
https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/17645716
Basically, Everolimus was equally effective in organ rejection as Sirolimus, bur Ev had less of a negative effect on blood lipids and was therefore superior (in just this aspect)
For a broad discussion of differences this is excellent
