Is it possible to increase glutamate? I know glutamine can do it but are there other ways?

is this for ADHD? there are subtler ways to influence the whole downstream, for example with serotonin or nicotinic-acetylcholine receptors

increasing glutamate isn't always a good thing, if talk about AMPA is good but if you talk about NMDA is bad
