Thanks to the Longecity community, I know now that Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid are ingredients to take in consideration when formulating or investigating about some skin care products.
I also have seen that there are usually two schools, people looking for branded product recommendations and others looking for advices for homemade preparations.
The skin care branded products that contains Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid most often mentioned in the posts here are:
- Cerave Mosturizer and Cerave Foam Cleanser
Living in Europe, buying this product is easy and cheap
However, by looking at the ingredient description, these two ingredients are at the end of the list, and it is not possible to know the actual concentration.
With the hope of increasing and controlling the concentration of ceramides and hyaluronic acid, would that make sense to add such powders directly to the Cerave products ?
