I got this test done just to confirm a fairly strong suspicion I had covid in the past.

CPASS SARS-COV-2 NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODY TEST

The result was POSITIVE with a patient value of 55.7%

Can someone explain the meaning/significance of this?

Im unvaxxed.

You were probably already given this, or something like it. They emphasize that the result should not be used as an indication of degree of immunity or protection from re-infection. Of course they would say that. They want everyone to be scared and get vaccinated. They don’t say anything about the term “patient value”. I have looked at some of the original research on this assay, but so far I don’t see any mention of this term. I wish I could help. I might look into this assay for myself. But if the results are uninterpretable, maybe not.
