I believe that an overwhelming extraordinary multi-pronged sustained approach to:

MTOR INHIBITION
AUTOPHAGY INDUCTION
SENESCENT CELL REMOVAL/REVERSAL
STEM CELL RENEWAL AND RELEASE

is necessary to effectively inhibit/reverse the effects of aging. Anything less results in us being doomed like Sisyphus to push the rock up the hill only for it to roll back down.

Probably a mix of fasting for 2-3 days plus the Turnbuckle's protocols would do the trick.

 

Maybe someone with more knowledge can help fine tune it and check for red flags.

 

Fasting by itself hits all the checkboxes. Still, the effects can be enhanced by doing the Stem Cell protocol before or immediately after breaking the fast.

Autophagy might be helped with a protocol for clearing senescent cells.
