The money is already set aside for a lifestyle lift. However, I wouldn't want to look like Sly Stalone.

I'm wondering about preventative measures now I'm in my 30s. Maybe fillers later on, and ultrasound if I have the money...

The only things I have ever thought of would be to have a couple scares removed. I scar bad there is a big one on my leg .... a tattoo is also something I have thought about.

What do you guys think about bipolar radiofrequency machines for mild skin face lift and tightness improvement? Maybe its mild but its said to get decent results with time and its a very little invasive prodecure.

I've read a little bit about it. I think it's definitely worth thoroughly researching before getting some treatment. If you look at the success stories vs the nightmares people have undergone over on the RealSelf website, with some of these procedures it's like 40-50% thumbs down. Then there is also the doctor and their reputation and whether you trust them to admit to you you're actually not an ideal candidate for the procedure.

I really don't know. Perhaps if I could afford the very best but its such a gamble and people often end up looking worse or they look "done" and not younger. It must be possible if you look at people like rachel weisz or Jenifer Lopez they look 30ish but are closer to 50 and to my eye they look very natural although there is the odd picture of rachel weisz looking puffy suggesting fillers. They both must get stuff done but I have not idea what.

Personally at present I do all my own cosmetic interventions peels, needling, laser etc because I know of nobody I could really trust with my face especially after a dermotologist messed up my face in my 20's with a bad peel!

I'd say yes but only for fairly minor things. To me, higher risk operations would not be worth it. And only if it was 100% for myself and not because someone else thought I should!
