Description

Important Note:
This is my personal stack and positive results are based on personal experience and current studies. It is not intended nor suggests to cure, treat or prevent any disease or medical condition. Actual supplementation and dosage differ based on each individual's needs, tolerance, clinical condition and current medication. Patients should consult their healthcare specialist before initiating any supplementation.

Suggested ways to minimize possible adverse effects of supplementation and avoid possible interaction are:

a) start with a lower dose and then gradually increase

b) gradually add more supplements through time and observe for possible interactions

c) take one week off every 4 weeks OR begin with a medium to full dose supplementation for a period of 1-2 months and then continue with a lower maintenance dose every other day

d) take with food when possible to minimize gastrointestinal side effects

e) not recommended long-term high-dose supplementation as the safety profile of many supplements is limited to short-term studies

f) preferebly choose natural over synthetic versions

g) add probiotics in diet to boost immunity and maintain healthy gut

The purpose of this stack is to possibly:
  • induce mitochondrial biogenisis ( PQQ, Nicotinamide Riboside )
  • prohibit a-synuclein aggregation ( PQQ, NAC, Bacopa monnieri, EGCG, flavonoids: Nobiletin, Apigenin, Fisetin )

  • exhibit anti-inflammatory activity ( Curucumin solid lipid / micellar, Omega-3, NAC, Flavonoids, Anthocyanins, Oleuropein, NAC )
  • offer overall antioxidant protection. ( Ubiquinol Q10, PQQ, NAC, Flavonoids, Anthocyanins, Lipoic Acid, EGCG, Vitamin C with bioflavonoids )
  • lower homocystein levels ( Folate, B12, NAC )
