Looking for 5ht2a antagonists. Pharmaceutical ones all have nasty side-effects even in lower dosages and they have too many off-target effects.

5ht2a activation causes irritability, a specific type of anxiety, affective blunting, reduced sleep quality and duration, etc.

I have tried the following ones:

Zinc (doesn't work, in toxic dosages (120mg) it causes lethargy and only mildly lowers 5ht2a activity if at all)

Inositol (seems to do the exact opposite, tried everything from tiny milligram dosages to 20g)

Mangosteen extract (doesn't work, seems to do the opposite)

Ginkgo Biloba (works, but it's a mild antagonist and it has too many side-effects for me including anxiety)

Ginger (no effect whatsoever but some side-effects)

NMDA antagonists (both reduced and increased NMDA activity increases 5ht2a activity but the effects are different. Lower nmda activity is pro-psychotic, increased activity tend to induce asperger's like side effects)

I have also tried several other supplements.
