Very impressed by the nutritional panel in ingredients for this new replacement especially considering all the protein comes from meat and veggies.

There is also a lower calorie version without the carbs

I give the taste about an 7.5 out of10 which is pretty impressive considering those ingredients.

Just because it has a decent amount of protein doesn't mean it's good quality protein, nor appetizing protein.

The "beef protein isolate" aka unmentionable beef parts is a big turn off. And what is salmon and chicken protein - fish and chicken left overs ground up? Expensive pet food? It doesn't say.

So in summary... some unknown grade protein powders from beef, fish, chicken and a bunch of grains, vegetables and sugar, then flavorings and artificial sweeteners, which is likely what allows you to stomach the taste in the first place.

I'll stick with whey, unadulterated and high quality protein, thank you.

But if you're into alternative protein sources - I say go with the flow and just eat... good clean cricket protein powder!
