Unhealthy:
- fluoride in water and toothpaste
- GMO food, sugar,Salt, Processed Foods
- pollution
- vaccines
-wifi signals bad for health + TV / radio frequenzy unhealthy/microwave also.
-artificial heat and light unhealthy
-chemtrails
-Shampoo, makeup, parfyum, plastic , etc all are unhealthy they have xenoestrogens which are very bad for your health (it converts to estrogen in the body)
How To Imrpove Your Health
-Get 8 hours of sleep (more if needed)
-Workout 5 times a week
-Most drugs prescribed by your doctor have way more side effects than benefits(Im not saying stop taking medication given by your doctor, that could be dangerous, im just saying take this into consideration)
-Stop smoking and drinking alcohol
-Be positive not negative, there was a study done, a person used 2 plants, one which he said positive words to, and the other one which he said negative words, after a period of time, the plant with positive words was healthy, but the negative plant had rotten. There was also another study which showed that a person by being positive changed their DNA and made their DNA more healthy or something I don´t remember exactly. So I can assume being negative hurts your health.
-Don´t lower stress, what I mean is don´t avoid it, will just become worse, it is better if you expose yourself to situations and you will eventually get used to it
-dont stay up too late, humans were made to sleep during night and awake during day. Dont sleep with lights on.
-Avoid unhealthy foods , get a good diet.
-Avoid Soda and caffeine
- Avoid fast food
-intermitting fasting (people are eating way too much food these days)
-go outside more sun exposure etc
-No fap
-drink plenty of water
We are being brainwashed by media the news etc, When you listen to everything going on with your daily life, think about what you are hearing don´t just believe it and form your own conclusion/thoughts . Becuase believieng everything you hear is unhealthy , the brain is neuroplastic and can change its form and shape by just your thinking, so be careful what you believe becuase that could potentially change your brain wire it differently and cause adverse effects.
