I've been taking the Thorne ResveraCel supplement, which includes Nicotinamide Riboside, Quercetin, and a pinch of TMG.

In reading more about Quercetin, I found:

https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/26106459 -- It looks like heart mitochondrial function was impaired with lower serum antioxidant capacity.

https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/25091043 -- Prevention of mitochondrial biogenesis from exercise.

https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/24118142 -- Prevention of muscle adaptation to exercise.

https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/14660033 -- Reduced liver glutathione.

This is making me second guess the stack.  What are your thoughts?  Do you guys have any other suggestions?

The best stack really depends on why you're taking R in the first place. In my case, the reason is blood sugar management, so mine looks like this:

Trans-Resveratrol (Biotivia, 500 mg)

Biotin

Glucomannan

B-minus

Chromium (with Cinnamon)

Multi-mineral with Selenium and Vanadium

Melatonin

Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Gamma E

I'm working on adding Lipoic Acid, which would be the final component.
