So a couple of articles about splenic conditions crossed my palate and I've got some ideas, but my google results aren't following my line of thinking. Anyone familiar with anything to do with mobilization of thrombocytes, perhaps in cases of enlarged spleen? Trying to break out of the splenectomy research box here.
