Here other info https://www.gwern.net/Creatine

In GASTNER ET AL 2007 Creatine + ginko was found to be even more effective then creatine on Raven’s Advanced Progressive Matrices (used for iq)

Enhanced reasoning: https://twin.sci-hub...gerinos2018.pdf

Anyother idea for a even better stack? For now creatine + ginko

Two different doses of MB (1%; Sigma-Aldrich, Inc.; 5 mg/kg, n = 10; or 50 mg/kg)

These results suggest that MB exerts neurotoxic effects on the central nervous system and raise questions regarding the safety of using this drug at high doses.

PMID: 18362601 DOI: 10.1097/ALN.0b013e3181684be4 [Indexed for MEDLINE]

The equivalent dose for human is 0.8mg/kg.

There are many evidence about the potential of methylene blue As congitive enhancer, at low dose its safe and nuroprotective (approved by fda) .

Study on human with nice result after 1 dose: https://pubs.rsna.or...diol.2016152893

Dnp is another substance that in high dosage can be toxic but in low dosage could be used as nootropic by its action mitocondria:

"It reduces oxidative stress, upregulates CREB, upregulates cAMP production, upregulates BDNF, inhibits mTOR, upregulates tau (good/bad), blocks neurotoxicity and oligomerization of amyloid-beta, promotes neurite outgrowth, promotes neural differentiation, extends life in some organism." https://www.reddit.c...as_a_nootropic/
