I know a guy who makes an injectable pre-workout which contains the following per 1 mL.

40mg Adenosine Monophosphate
20mg potassium citrate
20mg magnesium citrate
500mcg b12

I remember using it along time ago and it doesn’t give energy like stimulants would just pretty much let’s you work out longer and harder without fatiguing. Based off my mutations I wonder if this is something I should supplement with daily and I wonder how I could figure out the half life. You can inject either intramuscular or subconscious but all the studies I’ve read on AMP are done IV so the half life is very short.

My rs73598374 is TC which shows I produce significantly less adenosine

Correction my rs73598374 is CT only 10% of the population is at this. From what I read it seems my body does not recycle Adenosine properly. Does anyone else have the T allele? Seems like my only fixes zinc, caffeine and perhaps Inosine.
