This is the abstract, but i cant read it on scihub:

A scopolamine model was used to study the effects of Tenilsetam, a potential nootropic compound, on cognitive efficiency. 18 healthy volunteers received single doses of Tenilsetam (0, 150 and 300 mg), on separate occasions, under normal conditions and also following scopolamine 0.6 mg s.c. On each of the six study days the volunteers performed a computerized cognitive test battery, before and 60 minutes after scopolamine/saline injection, and then three further times following Tenilsetam (0, 150 or 300 mg). Tenilsetam improved performance on attentional problem solving and memory tasks, both under normal conditions and following scopolamine. The findings indicate nootropic properties of the drug.

Tested cognitive function in 18 male undergraduates administered tenilsetam after receiving scopolamine hydrobromide or saline. Subjective mood rating scales were completed as was an automated cognitive test battery (e.g., tasks on verbal recall, verbal recognition, choice reaction, logical reasoning). Tenilsetam improved cognitive performance both under normal conditions and in antagonism to mental deficiencies induced by scopolamine, suggesting that the drug may prove useful in treating age-associated cognitive declines, including those associated with Alzheimer's disease.
