hi, I've always had problems with dopamine in general, I wanted to know if doing physical activity every day can compensate for dopamine receptors and mental health about 2-3 hours of video games spent a day, so as not to have problems of attention , energy, desire to do, self-esteem etc ... in other words daily physical exercise can compensate for the dopaminergic damage that video games, TV and internet make?

you could do what this guy does
I can just say from my experience that exercise does help "energy levels" over time, whereas just sitting on a chair inside can make me unmotivated etc. Just taking a long walk after I've sat inside for too long helps a lot.
