Hi guys,

do you see any potential bad interaction by supplementing MSM (for dry skin, hair, hay fever), inositol (for rumination and mild OCD) and taurine (sleep, general stress relief and other benefits) at the same time? Maybe too much gas? Do in particular inositol and taurine overlap in any way?

I'm considering also gotu kola (i. e. Centella Asiatica) for helping with anxiety, focus and overthinking, but I'm concerned about its presumed anti-androgenic effects.. I've read some testicles' reduction stories :-S

FYI the rest of my stack is: vit C 1000mg, magnesium 400mg, fish oil 2000mg, vit D3 4000UI and vit K2 MK-4 100mg.

Thanks everybody!
