Artificial palmitate is toxic. Astaxanthin has some anti aging effect via FOXO3. But it’s effectiveness is far inferior to Niagen. This is from personal experience as well.
You have human studies that quantify the anti-aging effects of these two compounds?

I am not very familiar with Astaxanthin. Found this paper that shows it resisted skin aging.

NR has shown amazing rejuvenation effects in user community. Better skin, grey hair change to black, etc. NR is kind of new so there has not been any clinical trials on ageing features that we can see like skin and grey hair.
