i was reading this article https://www.healio.c...r-ptsd-in-women

it mentions how crhr1 antagonist fail to work for PTSD in women, and other studies were these crhr1 antagonist fail to work for GAD. The reason is becuase these crhr1 antagonist that have been developed block crhr1 in the wrong area of the brain,  Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal system aka HPA axis. This is the wrong area to block crhr1, you wanna block it in these areas work it to work as an anti-anxiety: cortex systems, hippocampus, amygdala(basal/central) and probably some more I dont know yet. I  just wanted the word out becuase I really want the success of these crhr1 antagonist drugs but they are failing almost every study due to being targeted in the wrong location. hpa axis imo not involved in anxiety.
