I know allready of:

ashwagandha (helps a bit), inositol (gut problems), oleamide (makes me feel like death no matter the dose), agmatine (helps, but makes me pig on my food like crazy, like I cant stop eating once Im eating)

Anything else Ive missed?

can't help but can I ask why? Don't depressed and anxious people have excess 5ht2a receptors? I suppose it helps with cognitive function? or help overcome fear because you were specific said the cortex and I think the cortex helps overcome fear but dont know how or with which neurontransmitters.
