So i have often used pure guarana powder as a caffeine source and it worked pretty well. Time to kick in was longer than in case of other caffeine sources but at the same time anxiety wasnt big and i felt guarana's mood lifting properties. It stopped worked for me well so i switched back to guarana pills standarsied for guarana so in pill there is 400mg of guarana and 100mg of caffeine wich i havent dosed for a long time due to anxiogenic properties it had in my case - similar to coffee or energy drinks. I made an experiment and dosed 2 pills but crushed em before and mixed with water. There was bascially no anxiety any time i did it like this.
What can be reason of it? I made some topics before about this but this may finally lead to some solution. Its absorption issue? Some gut/stomach problem?
