First of all, hpn is NOT selling real NR any more... their stuff is pure quackery. Secondly, I ALWAYS take TMG every day...to keep my body methylated...most of us using NR have been doing so for years... you can get it anywhere (I happen to like LEF's product and stock up on things like this during their annual supersale but it's cheap so just Google it.)
