I can't seem to find a clear answer to this, but maybe I haven't looked hard enough?
There's a lot of discussion about coffee, but I'm only interested in knowing if pure caffein breaks Autophagy or not.
This study says it enhances it, which sounds promising: https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC3039768/
However, since there seems to be a lot of uncertainty about coffee (just doing a simple google search) and not much to find about caffeine (at least what I have found), I was wondering if someone here knows more about it? Perhaps there are other studies than the above that could confirm if it's good or bad?
