probably the craziest question ever posted here, can electricity damage a pill?

I had a pill sitting on a plug that was attached to the wall for a few days.  Did the radiation or electricity harm it?

Probably not. But:
Did current flow through the plug? Was an electrical device connected and switched on?
If yes, the 50 or 60 Hz alternating current will have generated an alternating magnetic field through your pill. If any metal parts in the pill, they may have physically resonated (moved) at this frequency and maybe caused other compounds (molecules) to break. Maybe.
I don't know. I'm just fantasizing. :-)
