Hi,

I have brain fog 100% throughout my life; I've always had anxiety too. I want to figure out the cause of my anxiety via blood panel work / tests but I don't have a clue where to start? If some of you can point me in the right direction, I'd be very happy. Thanks!

I was thinking it could be caused by mold toxicity? Is this a thing that causes anxiety? My thoughts in general just seem to inclined and I just find myself in a bubble or more focused on my thoughts / makes me feel really stressed. I'm not focusing on what's going on around me, makes everything 100 times harder. My social skills are shit where I'm just overthinking, I burn my mind out where I'm overthinking. I always feel tired and lack energy.

Any supplements I can take to boost my energy levels that are draining because of anxiety?

Thanks.

Kieran

It can also be caused by heavy metal poisoning, or something else that is messing with your neurotransmitters, a lot of which (all?) are produced in the gut. Magnesium and potassium are good for calming nerves, but they will only provide mild benefit if the cause is something like heavy metal poisoning.

If you want to test for that, blood tests aren't enough. They only tell you what the current levels in your blood are; they deposit in the tissues so you'd need stuff like hair folicle testing, as well as stool and urine to get a better idea of your overall levels.

Did your mother have dental amalgams at all? Many studies have been done that these would interfere with the development of a fetus in the womb.

You could just have a genetic issue too that makes you not able to process something specific in your diet as well. These things can be hard to find, but you gotta start somewhere.
