Hi,

I'm considering adding zinc to my stack, specifically Garden of Life (https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Zinc-Vitamin-Supplement/dp/B0098U0QC0) I'd take half dose, that is 15mg.

The question is: do I have to take copper as well, or is it not necessary at this dosage of zinc? Consider that I have some sulphur-based supps in my stack, i.e. NAC, taurine and MSM.

Btw the rest of my stack is: black seed oil, brewer's yeast/B complex, probiotic, vit D3 + K2 and magnesium. I'm considering adding also siberian ginseng, since it should work well with BSO.

Thanks!
