Hi all,

I’m interested in trying niacinamide (**500/1000mg**), since it should be helpful for anxiety, mild OCD, skin issues (scalp itching and dry skin), melanoma prevention and other benefits.

However, I’m concerned about the following aspects:

* could long term niacinamide use cause liver problems?
* could it cause insulin resistance?

The rest of my stack is: taurine, glycine, magnesium, black seed oil, krill oil, epicor, vitamins D3, K2, C

Thanks

Niacinamide != Niacin
Extended release Niacin shows the most hepatoxicity. Niacinamide has a long track record of use without issue.
