Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum.

I just got some blood work done, everything is pretty normal besides my hs- crp ( C Reactive Protein).

It at 9.8 which is extremely high

I am a healthy 25 year old male

Healthy diet and exercise.

I am very worried as to what can be causing this

Any help would be appreciated

Thank You!

That points to an acute inflammation somewhere in the body. If you didn't have any obvious cold/illness/wounds/dental procedures near the time of testing and everything looks OK on the surface and upon retesting after ~1 month it stays similarly elevated keep digging!

If it goes back to sub 1.0 it was something temporary that spiked the CRP and has since been resolved.

Good luck!
