Hi guys,

I’m a “control freak”, with a tendency to over-analyze and plan everything, trying to foresee every possible scenario and control all the details. This can be quite exhausting to be honest.
That goes without saying that I have a strong perfectionist attitude.

Is there any supplement that could help me?

Thanks a lot!

Any OCD like signs?

NMDA is probably a start here. Others probably have more expertise but you can start with the stuff that won’t hurt, eg magnesium, LOW DOSE zinc, etc.

Inositol (aka: myo inositol) is popular with the OCD crowd.  The effect is rather subtle but remarkable for many.

I take it for sleep.  Doesn't make you drowsy at all, but really helps quiet those "thought loops" that can keep you awake.

The OCD folks report having to take several grams/day for continuous effect.  Give it a look and perhaps you might try this.
