Hi all,

I'm going to start Alpha GPC (NOW 300mg) for brain fog/focus issues and I was wondering which supps I could pair with it to enhance its mechanism of action.
Reading here and on Longecity, I've seen that Alpha GPC is often taken with fish oil, B complex and uridine. Can you confirm or it'd be better to take a-GPC alone? I was thinking that maybe I could take spirulina or brewer's yeast*,* which are a natural source of B vitamins and also uridine.

Is phosphatidylserine required as well when supplementing Alpha GPC?

Do you see any bad interaction with the rest of my stack, that is:
magnesium, vit D3 + K2, zinc, vit C, resveratrol, curcumin, taurine, glycine and black seed oil?

Thanks!
