So, what's a good, not overly priced, micronized R in 2019/2020?

Any company recommendation? I've used Anthony's only in the past but that's expensive. I don't mind getting it again if it's really good.

I've found micronization is slightly more quickly absorbed, and one may need less.  Is it worth the extra cost?  I don't think so, but others do.

Message me I'll tell you what I use.

I take ResVida 100mg Double-Strength Resveratrol, which is synthetic resveratrol. I was having too many tendon/joint issues when taking the knotweed derived sources even when they were supposedly pure.

$24.95 for 60 capsules
