Great start.  Couple of things:

On the question how many times per day you limit it to 1, 2 or 3.  I take mine 6 times per day and some of our big guys are 7 or 8 times per day.

Do you have any blood test data indicating health improvements thanks to NMN?

  1.  BUN
  2.  Cardiac risk
  3.  Hgb A1C
  4.  Total cholesterol
  5.  Triglycerides
  6.  C-reactive protein
  7.  Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha
  8.  Interleukin-6 Plasma

Only allows you to choose one.

I would also add "Do you take anything  to deal with homeostasis?"

Good start on a survey...but could use some adds/fixes for...

Add>   Do you cycle NMN?  (Y/N)

Add>   When do you take NMN? (Multi-choice > AM/PM/Exercise/other)

How often do you dose (Should be pick a number 1-10 times/day)

Add>   What dose do you use when taking multiple times/day? (multi-choice 100/200/300/400/500)

How do you take NMN (should be Multi-choice, not single choice)

What dosage of NMN do you take? (choices  >500mgs & <1000mgs are essentially the same answer)

Doubtful anyone ONLY takes NMN exclusively so asking people to assign blood work changes to NMN doesn't seem too legit.

You can not NOT answer any questions, so say, no blood work, you have to lie and answer one choice.

Should be in ranges. i.e. less than 100, 100 - 200, 200 - 300 and so on.

Good suggestions. I'll ask a moderator to unlock the poll

Two more very important questions needs to be added to this survey: “Do you take NMN every day, or do you take regular breaks - weekly, biweekly, monthly etc., and how long are those breaks - 1 day, 2 days, 3 days etc.”

“Subjective effects” should be changed to “objective effects”, and should include “improved/enhanced nail growth”.

It would be very interesting to fill a database with self-reported effects from users of supplements. I imagine a platform where any user can add new supplements or effects and then analyze the data from other users.

Of course that would not be the same a as placebo-controlled studies, but it could give us a hint on what to look for.

I have been using the Alive by nature NMN sublingual powder, I love the effects (increased physical endurance), but they changed the formula by adding mannitol and other crap to it and it is very irritating to my guts.

Can anyone recommend a seller of PURE NMN powder?

Thanks!

Do you have any blood test data indicating health improvements thanks to NMN?

This question should have a NO checkbox:)

It looks like they still sell the pure NMN powder in addition to the NMN powder you got that includes mannitol and monkfruit sweetener.

I use this survey as a source for this article/vlog, worth sharing with those curious about NMN...

Looking at this impressive list of benefits, it's understandable that you might be a little skeptical of NMN as such a wide-ranging biological panacea. The important thing to understand is that NMN on its own is not healing or fixing anything, it's just a fuel that allows your Mitochondria to properly do their job. Increasingly, anti-aging researchers are recognizing that Mitochondrial dysfunction underlies nearly every common chronic aging disease and health problem that holds us back from living fully. Mitochondrial function is downstream of every biological system and every organs' proper functioning. Supplementing NMN just gives your Mitochondria more of what it needs to empower your body to heal and fix itself.

Updated my NMN series...
NMN is a game-changing anti-aging Nootropic, in that it's a powerful Mitochondrial fuel and epigenetic hack that reverses many markers of aging and anecdotally is described as a Nootropic by the majority of its users.
But, it's not cheap, so this protocol will maximize the longevity bang for your biohacking buck and outline some self-quantification steps.

This meta-analysis podcast is well worth listen to for those NMN-curious...

Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, a B-Vitamin derivative, is the most direct and effective way to supplement the game-changing anti-aging agent NAD+. NMN is one of the most promising anti-aging molecules that are exciting practitioners and researchers alike. I rank it among SKQ1 and C60 Fullerenes as a longevity gamechanger to watch and experiment with.

I am sorry you all.  You call yourselves 'bio-hackers".  Really?  The only one person that knows something about NAD+ here is Turnbuckle.  Note: his comments about 'decrease in energy' i.e. AMPK i.e. Longevity.  I am a dumb noob, and I knew that day 1 when I didn't yet know how babies get born (I thought God leaves them by mothers side). Off course there is more to it, cycling it, fission vs fusion.  However back to your BIOHACKER dumbness, I mean what are you, you have no brains?   Still everyone trying to guage how NAD+ "increases" your energy, and creating surveys of how much and what not.  I mean, first get your facts straight please.

Commenting on the issue of the thread.  The questionnaire should allow people not to answer all the questions. I take a supplement stack, sometimes  I can isolate out the effect of one supplement, but I cannot do that with NMN/NR.  That does not mean it has no effect, but simply that I cannot say it does.

I am tending to go for 1g NMN at the moment, but I have tried NR and also I take a bit of B3 as niacin.  My stack as a whole has substantial effects, but I cannot isolate out any specific B3 effects.
