Had a try of this for the cardiovascular benefits and got something completely unexpected.

Spontaneous erection, massive reduction in brain fog, stabilized mood. Almost very light mania (which is welcome as I’m a depressive f*ck)

What’s the mechanism here??

the main mechanism is acetylcholinesterase inhibitor
>>https://www.reddit.c...to_galantamine/

aromatherapy with rosemary improved working memory performance, memory quality, and increased alertness. However, memory speed declined compared to controls

low doses (750 mg) of rosemary powder decreased the time taken to remember information. However, at larger doses (>1500 mg) memory speed, attention, and quality of memory declined [1].

Rosemary tea reduced symptoms of depression in mice

rosemary extract also enhanced the production of NGF

also rosemary have Ursolic acid which is an a weak aromatase inhibitor (IC50 = 32 μM)

I don’t think it’s AcHe. I don’t feel the mild depression I feel with cholinergics. Instead I feel less moody and more chilled out. Any thoughts?

To stop the mild depression with cholinergics, you need Trihexyphenidyl it's anti muscarine able to cuz mild euphoria.

I take Trihexyphenidyl monthly for recreational purpose.
And yes I don't have other info about rosemary, she don't work for me.

Does it get worse when you quit?
