So I am just looking to explore what people are using to improve their short term memory. I have found I often forget things due to lack of focus.
its 2020 now. What’s happening folks?
thank you

I use a combo of things. But Aniracetam and Sublingual Pregnenolone (2.5 mg) [both taken when required] help me stay clear headed and more present. Surely helps with quick recall. These 2 are much better than coffee or all other stuff out there (for me).
Other nutrients that keep my mind sharp are:
Fish Oil 1000 mg
Alpha GPC 100 mg
Vitamin D3 2000 iu
Phylloquinone 100 - 200 mcg
GAT Men's Multi
I try to keep it as SIMPLE and effective as possible. I have learned that flooding your system with all sorts of stuff backfires eventually, even if it is too much food or water.
