So for a while now i have been experimenting with magnesium supplements. I have tried magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate and more recentlt magnesium threonate.
All my experiences have been rather mild to not noticeable effects until i tried magnesium threonate. Deep sleep. Lots of drowsiness.
This is awesome. But is this happening because of threonate not magensium?
The only issue with supplementing is i began having gynecomastia symptoms. In fact when i stop the symptoms go away. When i start the nipple sensitivity increases. What could be the reason for this. Maybe its the threonate?
I read that magnesium gets thru the BbB without it needing to be bonded to threonate.
Would calcium threonate basically give me the same symptoms?
