Results from a self-reported online nootropics survey

One of my favorite blogs runs a semi-annual survey on the self-reported efficacy of nootropics, and besides me wanting to share the results from a previous year, the blog's author would also appreciate if people here took this year's survey. It's important as I'm sure you've all noticed how difficult it is to find datasets on wide ranges of nootropics.

 

In case anyone else finds it interesting, here is the "overall effectiveness" data from 2016's survey:

The blog's author is a psychiatrist and he occasionally writes very interesting articles about psychoactive substances (beyond just their therapeutic use).
