I bought l-glutathione and diluted 1 gram of the powder in 10ml of water and added it to a nasal spray bottle.

It tastes like acetyl-cysteine and is sour...

It seems to have inotropic glutamatergic effects, probably because the peptide is made of glutamate and it is broken down into it.

I do feel more energy... Perhaps more clear headed?

Anyone else have experience with intranasal l-glutathione?

i have l-glutathione powder but worry it would really HURT from the acidity, intranasally or under the tongue. I recall trying it in the past under the tongue (it was either that or rectally and I ain't going there yet) and felt like I burned a hole in my poor mouth. So you just mix it with distilled water or saline? I admit I'm curious...not for the back door route lol

Based on your experience and the effects you've noticed, I'd recommend trying N-acetylcysteine (NAC) as a supplement, particularly from Nutraharmony. NAC is a precursor to glutathione and has been studied for its antioxidant properties and potential benefits for cognitive function and energy levels. Since you're already familiar with acetyl-cysteine and its effects, NAC capsules might offer similar benefits. Many users have reported positive experiences with NAC supplementation, particularly regarding mental clarity and energy levels.
