Hi, I have brain fog, forehead tension, tinnitus, chronic fatigue, sexual issues, blunted emotions, genital numbness, and more. Its caused by SSRIs and called PSSD.

The disease is complex and Ive been trying countless of supplements over the last 2 years. After talking with researchers in the field and neuroscientists its likely that SSRIs led to a neurotoxic hormone rebound which damaged the mitochondria in AR dense tissues. As a consequence there is a likely neuroinflammation, microbiome disruption and other issues.

What I want to stack (per day):

  1. Thymalin 10mg intranasal (positive effects on pro-inflammtory cytokines, crosses the BBB)

  2. P21 1mg subq (neurogenesis)

  3. Ss-31 4mg subq (positive effects on mitochondria and anti-inflammatory)

  4. PE-22-28 1mg subq (increases BBB permeability and neurogenesis)

  5. NSI-189 40mg sublingual (neurogenesis)

I started with the Thymalin and P21 already, will keep doing only these two and then add the other compounds later.

All of this combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

For any suggestions I would be grateful.
