Trump has only a 20ng/ml level of vitamin D. It's hard to believe his doctors would not recommend him to take a supplement.

None of that takes into account biden's obvious mental deterioration which has become more and more apparent this year. Sometimes he has trouble making a coherent sentence, other times he seems almost normal but that could be due to drugs he gets before a major speech or debate. He is also clearly frail and recently had a fall and broken bone. Trump is overweight but seems to have no other problems. His energy is amazing, doing up to 5 rallies in a day while joe struggles to do 2 a week, usually to an audience of a few dozen
So I would say trump will do fine in his second term. Poor joe needs a nice safe jail cell to rest in.

Exactly as adamh says.
Trump appears mentally much younger than Biden and has fantastic overall energy compared to Biden who appears tired.
