Hello,

this is my first regimen

I'm 30 years old and I'm more active now

I workout, jog and do rock climbing when I can

I'm trying to exercise more now

My diet is poor but I hope to improve that -

my stack is influence from David  Sinclair and Dr. Kaufmann protocol

first thing morning:

   carnosine - 500MG

after with food:

   resveratrol - 200MG to 500MG

   Vitamin B3 niacin - 500MG

before lunch:
Astaxanth 10-12MG

later lunch/evening:
   D3 with K MK2 -
or multivitamin (I switch between them)

later in the day:
Curcumin - 250-500MG 95%
fish oil (cheap Kirkland brand)

night before sleep:
tysonine - 500MG

Looking to cut down or swap a few things:

Perhaps carnosine + tysonine

I need something to help me with mental focus and energy.

In order to advance my career I need to study for certifications but have a full-time job so it's a emotional/mental/physical grind for me

Let me know what you think of my stack

Any advice is welcome and I want to talk to people on this forums so feel free to message me

Most people are deficient in Magnesium, esp with poor diet.  1 to 1 ratio mag/calc is good idea, take at a separate time from the multivitamin.

Swap kirkland fish oil for liquid cod liver oil by virgin, they have a lemon flavor, its almost tasteless.  It will get you natural vitamin A and omegas, with liquid, you can tell if it has spoiled.

Take a time release C morning and evening by solray

Mental focus

Choline is probably missing nutrient, eggs and broccoli have it.  Life extension, Jarrow, Garden of life, NOW, Dr Best, mind lab pro, and qualia all have all in one mind supplements.   Cheaper to go with a choline inositol combo.

Energy

Coq10, L-Carnitine or Acetyl Carnitine, alpha lipoic acid(also sold as combo with carnitine), D-Ribose, and magnesium

thanks for the reply

- I'll look into magnesium

I see lots of vendors try to sell magnesium supplements like their some magic cure

T- hat fish oil looks superior and I'll add vitamin C to my stack

- I tried choline a few years ago and not sure if it helped. I'll try it again and see if I have choline sensitivity

for the energy supplements:

I'll review them individually and trial them to see if they the effect is on me

I used to read about L-Carnitine vs Acetyl Carnitine threads. I'll check alpha lipoic acid, and D-Ribose. CoQ10 is easily obtained or me

Do you have any experience with the energy supplements you've recommend?

Do you have any experience with the energy supplements you've recommend?

I take all of them and hesperidin(AMPK) also.

Im taking them in conjunction with exercising to shed a few pounds, hard to say how much of difference they are making.

They are all part of Dr.SInatra's recommendation for  heart patients because they all help with energy which a damaged hearts needs.

They all come up on bodybuilding forums as well.

Many fat burner type pills have carnitine as it helps shuttle fat into the mitochondria, we make our own carnitine, usually not enough.

LEFs 2 a day multi, LEF heatth booster, 2 teaspoons of cod oil(virgin brand liquid), magnesium/melatonin at night, DHEA(5mg), curcumin(LEF), and collagen.

NAD+(alive by science), quercetin/bromelain, resveratrol, and wheat germ 2-3 days a week.

Carnitine(1gram before working out, 30 minutes), R-lipoic acid(150mg) after working out, and hesperidin(500mg I think ) after working out.  I will also use D-ribose before working out, but not consistently, it runs out fast.
