As part of my six pack training regimen, I am now doing eight hours diet when I am on my day offs.
Eight hours diet means you can eat anything you want but only restrict it to eights hours each day,
e.g. I only eat from 9am to 5pm on my day offs.
Sometimes I might feel too hungry and have insomnia. Then I tried a beta blocker called metoprolol
to calm me down. It works and now I can sleep well during my diet days.
So far so good. My stomach is getting smaller and smaller. Other people trying this diet?
