Hi, I am Muhammet and new here.

I looked for the chemical composition of banana peel on the web and found this graph[1] (Especially for using it on CRON-O-METER)

Actually i try to find the optimal diet for me for a CRON diet. And it seems that banana peel may help too. Because it is high in potassium, calcium, fiber and antioxidants.

But i'm not sure about to eat. Because it is really high in Manganese. In CRON-O-METER it sats my daily target is 2.3 mg and maximum threshold 11 mg.

And i wash it on salt water.

So ?
